Singapore's incoming Prime Minister Lawrence Wong has unveiled his new Cabinet lineup. He says it will balance the need for continuity, stability and renewal. Trade and Industry Minister Gan Kim Yong will become Deputy Prime Minister. Mr Heng Swee Keat remains Deputy Prime Minister. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will be appointed Senior Minister after the handover. Low Yen Ling and Desmond Tan will be Senior Ministers of State. Rahayu Mahzam will become Minister of State and take up a new appointment in the Communications and Information Ministry, while continuing in the Health Ministry.
